Shipping policy

Orders will be shipped out between 1-3 days. Our priority is to ship out orders as soon as possible. Turn-around time depends on the amount of orders received. If you have not received shipping confirmation by the 5th day please email us at KandiieKraftingSuppliies@gmail.com to help you resolve the issue.

We highly encourage you to add the Route Protection Plan to your order in case there are any problems during transit or delivery. This insures that your order is protected in case of lost, damaged or stolen products. 

In the event that your package gets lost, damaged or stolen please contact the United States Postal Service immediately and file a claim. If you added the Route Protection Plan, please also contact them and file a claim in order to get your issue resolved.

If you decide not to add Route Protection Plan to your order and there is an issue with it, it is out of my reach to refund you or replace your order. Therefore we highly advice to add it to your order.
